Malcolm Scott successfully achieves planning permission for a major Green Belt extension

The complete project entailed a 153,292sq m garden centre site (37.9 acres), parking for 796 vehicles. The site also boasted a 9,000 sq m covered retail area and 4,000sq m of canopies.

MSC oversaw the market assessment, detailed planning application including design and access statement, preparation of a retail impact assessment and preparation of a sustainability statement in order to obtain permission.
