Work has started on Fron Goch Garden Centre’s latest expansion. The 977m² development includes retail space for an all year round seasonal shop, café and warehouse increasing the total shop and catering area to 3,443m².

Malcolm Scott Consultants advised owner Justin Williams of the award winning garden centre on the development which includes 76 more parking spaces and a new 1,500m² service yard.

Mr Williams is delighted with the progress of the project: “We started planning the development with Malcolm Scott’s back in October 2021 and secured permission in 2022. The seasonal shop will be an all year round department enabling us to create a real sense of theatre now that we have the space.”

The new shop is scheduled to open in January 2027.
